FROM PATTAYA KLANG TURN LEFT ONTO THE SUKUMVIT AND DRIVE TOWARDS BANGKOK UNTIL YOU REACH HIGHWAY 7 AND THEN EXIT RIGHT ONTO THE 7 TOWARDS RAYONG.

CONTINUE ALONG THE 7 AND THEN TAKE A U TURN BACK TOWARDS PATTAYA JUST AFTER PASSING THE REGENTS SCHOOL ON YOUR RIGHT.

AFTER REPASSING THE REGENTS SCHOOL OM YOUR LEFT THIS TIME, TAKE THE NEXT EXIT LEFT (HHH). 200MTRS LATER TAKE THE TURNING TO THE RIGHT (HHH) AND PROCEED 2.3km ALONG THIS ROAD TO THE A SITE

I was really surprise at today’s run. It was named the Lazy Bastard’s Run. I figured the trail would be all on the road set from a motor bike. If they set today’s run on a motor bike they must have also needed a boat and a hovercraft.
When the run first started off I had lots of energy and was a front runner. Within two minutes we were in the bush. I was immediately faced by four angry water buffalo. Yes there were two babies and two angry parents – one with big balls. I thought if I go around the back of them everything would work out. They decided I was a threat to the babies and ran in my direction. After you’ve been on a few Thailand runs you know if the cattle are tied with lead ropes “Don’t Trust the Ropes”. While they watched me the other 35 or so hashers walked passed them. I ended up at the back of the pack.
The next 20 minutes was running to catch up. The checks had us hashers confused. On two of the checks we could see the paper. The true trail can’t be that way. Wrong! Almost everyone went the wrong way. I thought I worked my way to the FRBs but the rest of the pack always found a shortcut. How come every time I take a shortcut I get lost?
Toward the end of the run the Hares cooled us off with lots of water. Well done! Many of us got confused and came in on the out paper but we all made it back. Everyone was in within 20 minutes of the first runners.
I liked the run it had everything mad cows, mud, water and bush. Thanks Hares ( Arseaholic, Are you Sure and Barbie Doll ). Lots of hard work from the hares.
I know it rained the night before but all the paper was fresh and was put down early in the morning.
